How To Use Your Zap Pad: Quick Start Guide!

  1. Unbox Your Zap Pad: Carefully remove your Zap Pad from its packaging.
  2. Attach to Your iPhone Align your iPhone with the Zap Pad, ensuring the 'Zip Zap' logo is facing up. The Zap Pad will magnetically snap into place at the center of your iPhone.
  3. Start Charging: Charging begins automatically as soon as your iPhone connects to the Zap Pad.
  4. Power Off: The Zap Pad will automatically turn off about 30 seconds after being disconnected from your device.
  5. Check Battery Level: To check the remaining battery charge, press the power button once. The LED display at the bottom of the Zap Pad will show the current charge level, then turn off automatically after 20 seconds.
  6. Recharge Your Zap Pad: When the LED display shows no lights, it's time to recharge. Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the Zap Pad. The LED indicators will light up as the device charges. Once all four green lights are lit, your Zap Pad is fully charged and ready to us

How to Use Your Zip Zap Plus iOS: Quick Start Guide

  1. Unbox Your Zip Zap Plus iOS: Take the Zip Zap Plus out of its packaging.
  2. Attach to Your Apple Device: Align and connect the Zip Zap Plus iOS to your iPhone, AirPods, or Lightning connector iPad with the bracket cut-out facing towards you.
  3. Automatic Charging: Charging will start automatically once connected.
  4. Turn Off the Zip Zap Plus iOS: To manually turn off your Zip Zap Plus, simply double-click the power button. If you forget to do so, the Zip Zap Plus iOS will automatically power down approximately 30 seconds after being disconnected from your device.
  5. Check Remaining Charge: To view the remaining battery percentage, simply click the power button once. The LED display on the back of the product will show you the current charge level. The display will automatically turn off after approximately 30 seconds to conserve power.
  6. Recharge Your Zip Zap Plus iOS: You’ll know it’s time to recharge when no lights are showing on the LED display. Connect your existing Lightning cable to the charging port on the right side of the product. As it charges, the LED indicators will light up. Once all four green lights are illuminated, your Zip Zap Plus iOS is fully charged and ready to go!
