How to Use Your Zip Zap Plus: Quick Start Guide

1. Unbox Your Zip Zap Plus: Take the Zip Zap Plus out of its packaging.
2. Attach To Your Device: Align and connect the Zip Zap Plus to your iPhone, Android Phone, AirPods, or iPad with the bracket cut-out facing towards you.
3. Automatic Charging: Charging will start automatically once connected.
4. Turn Off The Zip Zap Plus: To manually turn off your Zip Zap Plus, simply double-click the power button. If you forget to do so, the Zip Zap Plus will automatically power down approximately 30 seconds after being disconnected from your device.
5. Check Remaining Charge: To view the remaining battery percentage in the Zip Zap, simply click the power button once. The LED display on the back of the product will show you the current charge level. The display will automatically turn off after approximately 30 seconds to conserve power.
6. Recharge Your Zip Zap Plus: You’ll know it’s time to recharge your Zip Zap when no lights are showing on the LED display. Connect your existing Lightning or USB-C cable to the charging port on the right side of the product. The Zip Zap Plus IOS Requires a Lightning Cable, the Zip Zap Plus USB-C requires a USB-C Cable. As it charges, the LED indicators will light up. Once all four green lights are illuminated, your Zip Zap Plus is fully charged and ready to go!

How fast does the Zip Zap Plus charge my phone?

• The Zip Zap Plus Lightning model features 18W fast charging and USB-C Model has 22.5W. Charging at approximately 1.5% - 2% charge per minute.

What devices is the Zip Zap Plus compatible with?

• Zip Zap Plus Lightning Model is compatible with all iPhone models 5 - 14, AirPods and Lightning port iPad Models.
• The Zip Zap Plus USB-C model is compatible with iPhone models 15 - 17, all Samsung / android devices, Xiaomi, Google, USB-C AirPods and iPads, as well as USB-C tablets.

How long does it take to fully charge the power bank itself?

• It takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to fully charge. Once complete, all green indicator lights on the back of the Zip Zap will remain solid.

How long does the battery hold its charge when not in use?

• Once fully charged, the Zip Zap can retain its power for up to 12 months when stored. We recommend checking the battery every three months by pressing the power button once - the indicator lights on the back will show the remaining charge.
