Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@zipzapchargers.comΒ If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back at your own expense and will be provided instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that are returned damaged, used, or in a condition that prevents restocking are not eligible for a refund. All return products must be received in the same condition as originally dispatched, including original packaging.

Shipping fees and order protection charges are non-refundable.

ExchangesΒ 

If you would like to exchange your Zip Zap product - including accidentally ordering the incorrect model or wishing to switch to a different product, please contact our Support Team atΒ support@zipzapchargers.com to arrange an exchange.

Once the original product has been returned to us, a standard $9.99 handling and postage fee will apply to cover the cost of processing and shipping the replacement item.

All exchange requests are subject to approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that payment processing times may vary, and it can take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to finalise and post the refund.Β
