How To Use Your Zap Pad: Quick Start Guide!

  1. Unbox Your Zap Pad: Carefully remove your Zap Pad from its packaging.
  2. Attach to Your iPhone Align your iPhone with the Zap Pad, ensuring the 'Zip Zap' logo is facing up. The Zap Pad will magnetically snap into place at the center of your iPhone.
  3. Start Charging: Charging begins automatically as soon as your iPhone connects to the Zap Pad.
  4. Power Off: The Zap Pad will automatically turn off about 30 seconds after being disconnected from your device.
  5. Check Battery Level: To check the remaining battery charge, press the power button once. The LED display at the bottom of the Zap Pad will show the current charge level, then turn off automatically after 20 seconds.
  6. Recharge Your Zap Pad: When the LED display shows no lights, it's time to recharge. Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the Zap Pad. The LED indicators will light up as the device charges. Once all four green lights are lit, your Zap Pad is fully charged and ready to us
